Hon. (Engr) Enemona Omalle Declares Interest to Contest for Ofu State Constituency
In a poigant and inspiring moment for the people at the grassroots, Engr Enemona Omalle officially declared his interest in the contest for Ofu State Constituency, beginning from the ward level a move that reflects respect for due process, party structure, and the people.
The gathering commenced with an opening prayer, committing the process and aspiration into God’s hands, setting a tone of unity and purpose.
The Ward Chairman, Hon Shehu Abdulrahman in his remarks, welcomed all attendees and acknowledged the importance of the occasion, appreciating Engr Enemona Omalle for taking the right step by formally declaring his intention at the ward level.
Engr Enemona Omalle, in his address, expressed gratitude to the leaders, critical stakeholders, and members of the ward for their continuous support and encouragement. He reaffirmed his commitment to serve with dedication, humility, and a strong desire to lead the people, while seeking the mandate to represent Ofu State Constituency.
The former Vice Chairman, Ofu LGA, Hon Paulina Ojotule, in her heartfelt admonition, emphasized the critical role women play as builders of the nation. She urged Engr Enemona Omalle to always recognize, include, and empower women, stressing that their contributions must never be overlooked, she also spoke, appreciating Engr. Enemona Omalle for his efforts so far while encouraging him to remain steadfast, focused, and committed to the development of the youth and the community at large, while having deep respect for constituted authority.
Hon. Shugaba Audu, expressed his appreciation and confidence in Engr Enemona Omalle, acknowledging his good works and encouraging him to continue on the path of service. He advised that he consults widely in his quest to represent his people at the hallowed chamber. He also extended his best wishes for the journey ahead.
The Ward Secretary, in his remarks, appreciated the ward executives for honoring the gathering with their presence. He commended Engr. Enemona Omalle for the respect shown to elders and leaders by formally declaring his intention at the ward, noting that it reflects his regard for due process and tradition.
