NIGERIA AT 66: A CELEBRATION OF UNITY, HOPE AND PROGRESS
As Nigeria marks her 66th Independence Anniversary, I join my Principal, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, and good people of Kogi State to warmly felicitate with Nigerians at home and in diaspora.
Today, we remember and honour the great men and women who fought for our independence and laid the foundation for the Nigeria we have today. Their courage, sacrifices and patriotism remain a source of inspiration to us all.
I also commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his commitment to strengthening our nation and pursuing reforms aimed at building a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria.
As we celebrate, let us renew our faith in Nigeria and continue to work together for peace, unity, security and development.
May the sacrifices of our heroes never be in vain, and may Nigeria continue to rise above her challenges and fulfil her great potential.
